Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Ordering for a Specific Date?

If you’re ordering for a trip, an event, or a specific occasion, please order at least 3 weeks in advance to ensure your piece arrives in time. We want you to have it — not be waiting for it.
