Órla wears the eyelet cami and the bubble skirt and lets the whole thing be a little romantic, which is unusual for her. The cutout, the ruffle, the way the skirt catches air when she turns — it is more softness than she usually allows in daylight. She blames the heat, but I think she simply wanted to.
